Policy

At our studio, we offer an appointment only basis; we set aside specific time slots for when you book your appointment. So it's very important to communicate with us if you'll be late or need to reschedule.

A deposit of $40.00 will go towards your scheduled appointment.

IF no call/show, you forfeit your deposit

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

Please give us a 24hour notice of your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel your reservation. If you are unable to give us a heads up or do not show, you will forfeit your deposit.

A call or message before 12hours of the appt needs to be made in order to work out a rescheduled time.The deposit is non-refundable. Instead, it will be held as credit if mentioned to us before 24hours time

LATE POLICIES

If you arrive late, we can still accommodate you, but please understand your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full amount for that session. Being on time and having clean eyelashes will maximize your time with us. However, if you are going to be over 30mins. late to your appointment, we reserve the right to completely cancel the appointment to keep the flow of the day.  

REFUNDS

We do not offer full refunds on services or deposits. We do, however, offer a guarantee on our services. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions, we will remove them free of charge and may offer a voucher/credit for another service.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.
